LEANNESS A COMMON PROBLEM

There are two kinds of thin people, one who are thin but have strong body. These people eat to their heart fill but never become fat because they burn their extra energy due to hard work. Second kind of people are deprived of energy and activeness. They cant take regular meal. Oily foods fall them ill. They have less fats cells in their body so they cant store fats. They waste all the calories which they eat.
Reasons:
Liver problem, mental stress, sexual diseases, less sleep, less appetite, digestion problem are some of the causes which make people thin. Diet which contains more calories should be taken which have plenty of vitamins B, D, calcium and magnesium. It controls nerves.
Ideal foods:
Don’t eat to your heart fill in one time but eat little many times a day. Eat six times in little quantity in place of three times a day. Use calories in more quantity (500 calories) so that extra calories can be stored in body. Avoid sugar and the finest flour because they are harmful for health. . ideal food is almond, cheese, fruits, vegetables, wheat, grains, cashew nut, dried grapes, dates. Use calcium enriched foods in place of calcium tablets such as milk, yoghurt, fish, soya and all its by-products, sun flower beans etc.
