The Church That Had Too Much

I read this book last night. It only took ten minutes  or so - it is a parable, beautifully written and illustrated with pictures from the author's home and family. It is about how possessions drag us down and a church that had a radical way of dealing with this and the blessings that ensued. What struck me is that it would be a great resource for a church with a more informal service. The story could be read in the 'sermon slot' and Anita could be asked nicely for the pictures and they could be displayed on a screen. Or perhaps the story could be acted out and then people could break into discussion groups afterwards. I would recommend it:
