Civility Awareness Day | Protocol School of Ottawa

May is International Civility Awareness Month.  Not many are aware of this so I contacted the city of Ottawa and, after completing what I call the whereas, whereas document, May 17 has been proclaimed Civility Awareness Day.  Here is the official proclamation. Civility Awareness Day Proclamation
