Problems with Direct Export from ScienceDirect & Scopus « RWEUR: RefWorks for the EUR

RefWorks has identified an issue with the direct export from ScienceDirect & Scopus at this time. The first export works well, the second exports are corrupted (probably nothing happens at all). The issue is due to going from http to https. RefWorks has this issue scheduled for an upcoming release due this Summer.

In the meantime: Clearing your cache to set the export back into secure mode is the workaround at this time. This problem is not happening in RefWorks Classic, so you can also temporarily go to RefWorks Classic while you're exporting from ScienceDirect or Scopus.
