First one the most common and important way to relax your self to take a spa (the term spa is associated with water treatment). You can spa you whole body. Lay down in the bath tub having a little bit hot water. You can use some type of skin care oils. This method will help you to become relax after the long and tired work of the day. You can spa on your foot spa. This is an instant method to be relaxed. Sit with your feet soaked in warm water. When the skin of your feet is all socked and become soft scrub them, then you can pedicure them.

There are some people for whom the relaxing is not complete with out the food. It’s a nice idea cook yourself a tasty dinner. Make this experience a little more fantastic by creating some romantic atmosphere by using the candles instead of fluorescent lights.
This method surely refreshes your soul.
Some people like to listen the music or watching the TV. This is also a good method to be relaxed. Sit at the chair, sofa or you can use the bed. Sit in such a way that no part of your body faces any kind of stress. Just loose your body parts forget all the working things that are pain full. The volume of the TV or the music should be in low manner.

If you wake up early in the morning and you have a free day having no office work, then take a hot coffee cup and sit at your porch. You can read the morning newspaper or to watch your neighbors jogging. Take deep breaths to inhale the fresh air of the morning.
