Deb Gleason of Wellness Warrior Coaching is now taking clients.  She is offering vegan coaching services that are appropriate for anyone:

That is looking to transition to a healthier lifestyle with the help of a certified holistic nutritionist and vegan coach That would like to experience the health benefits of a vegan diet including substantially lowering the risk for many chronic diseases,  including heart disease, cancer and diabetes. That would like to achieve higher energy levels, feel light on their feet and improve their digestion That would like to learn about delicious vegan substitutions and see their body return to it's idea weight That would like to reduce their impact on the planet and the animals we share it with

Vegan  Nutrition Consultation

This service will help you get started in moving toward a whole foods plant-based diet. I start by sending you a detailed questionnaire which will help me to understand what your current diet looks like, your desired goals, and what (if any) concerns you have about your personal health and nutrition.

After I review your questionnaire, I will set up your initial one hour consultation.  During this consultation we will discuss:

What, if any, nutritional issues I see in your current diet Recommendations for vegan, whole foods substitutions that will help you achieve your personal goals Any questions you might have about nutrition as they relate to your lifestyle

This consultation will be followed by a detailed email from me summarizing all of the ideas discussed including recipes, tips and advice that will assist you in moving toward your goals.

The cost for this initial consultation is $85

Add a 3 day vegan menu plan with recipes and a grocery list $110

Vegan Transition Package

This package is designed for those who are interested in transitioning to a vegan diet. It will give you everything you need to move to a whole foods plant-based diet quickly and easily. I start by sending you a detailed questionnaire which will help me to understand what your current diet looks like, your desired goals, and what (if any) concerns you have about your personal health and nutrition.

After I review your questionnaire, I will set up your initial one hour consultation.  During this consultation we will discuss

What, if any, nutritional issues I see in your current diet Recommendations for vegan, whole food substitutions that will help you achieve your personal goals Any questions you might have about nutrition as they relate to your lifestyle

After our meeting I will create a Whole Foods Vegan Nutrition Guide that is designed specifically for you. This unique and very personal Guide will include plant-based nutrition guidelines and recommendations, tips for creating a healthy vegan menu plan including recipes and cooking tips, and any other information that you will need to achieve your own specific goals.

I will be available to you by email at any time  after our consultation for continued guidance.

I will give you access to my "Roadmap to a Vegan Diet" e-book at no cost once it is available (summer 2011)

We will meet and go on a healthy vegan shopping tour at a local health food store

I will provide you with a 3 day vegan menu plan with recipes and a grocery list to get you started

The cost for this package is $185

Follow-up consultations

We will meet either in person or by phone to discuss your progress, challenges, issues or concerns.
